You can pay conveniently with PostFinance (PostFinance Card) or directly in the TWINT app — depending on your preferred method.
Payment processing takes place on the systems of the respective payment providers. Your data are transmitted over secure TLS connections. We do not store any card, account, or login data.
With PostFinance, authorization follows the security mechanisms provided (e.g., two-factor authentication). With TWINT, you confirm the payment in the app. Sensitive data are tokenized and encrypted. Order and payment data are transmitted exclusively in encrypted form.
You can pay in advance without additional transaction fees. Please note that you must be of legal age to purchase by prepayment.
The conditions for prepayment follow our General Terms and Conditions; unless otherwise agreed, the payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, with the full invoice amount payable in advance.
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice by email with all necessary information to transfer the amount due.
Your order will be processed and shipped after we receive your payment. The delivery time starts after the weekly verification of payment receipt and follows the usual processing and delivery times.

You can collect your order at our pickup counter in Zurich.
Order your desired product in the online shop and select “In-store pickup” during checkout.
During checkout you can choose your preferred pickup date and time.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 7 days.
You will receive an order confirmation by email and another email titled “Your order is ready for pickup” as soon as your order is available.
