Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be sent to ZFTE in writing by email or letter. No justification is required. The withdrawal should be addressed to:

Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the transformation of the purchase contract into a reverse transaction, whereby the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The consumer must return the received goods with the original packaging, undamaged and clean, within 14 days. Sealed or plastic-wrapped items must not be opened. The costs of the return are borne by the consumer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price, if already paid, will be immediately refunded to the consumer. A deduction of the refund amount may be made for possible damage or excessive wear and tear of the goods. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. ZFTE may refuse the refund until the goods have been returned or until the consumer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following points:
- Individual corporate solutions that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer: color by sample, formulations according to customer requirements, etc.
- Digital content, the execution of which begins simultaneously with the order and which is not delivered on physical media.
- Services that have already been fully provided or whose execution has already begun.
